Barefoot Lodge

In the Yasawa Island group is a getaway for backpackers and alternative types called the Barefoot Lodge. On Drawaqa Island itself, Barefoot Lodge offers traditional bures with a communal bathroom and shower. Limited low-wattage power and only cold water make this a nature-lover's delight!

The 20 bures are scattered along a beach where Manta Rays are frequently found amongst the other tropical fishes. Snorkelling, kayaking, island treks and volleyball pretty much sum up the activities here, but they do feed you also.

A perfect place to spend your day between the hammock and the lagoon, but bring your own towels!
