Can Ramonet

In Barceloneta, an ancient tavern on the port. Pricey seafood, special wine in huge barrels, and a dark-wood panelled interior make this an authentic experience. Tapas are also to be found here, as well as cafe tables on the square.

Marvellous experience. Great food. Good service. Cannot fault it. Genuine catalonian hospitality.

While (justifiably) famous for its seafood, the best thing I had here was the tripe tapas. In fact, they were delicious beyond belief. And the crisp Spanish sparkling white the waiter recommended was divine.
