A friend recommended this place, and I'm glad he did. This bar/cafe is very low key, and the food is very good.
I ordered the salad which had very fresh assorted greens, tomatoes and peppers, and a bit of tuna, thankfully without the usual compliment of radiccio. This was followed by a second course of delicious chicken in a rich and creamy french sauce over basmati rice. It was perfect!
For dessert I ordered the tasty tiramisu, which was just the right combination of flavors and textures. I'm not sure that it was made there, as it was too perfect for a small cafe to master. The house red wine was good too. A three course menu plus drink is around 7 Euro.
I loved the kitchy decor, with lamp shades made out of funnels and colanders! The music while I was there was mostly female jazz singers, setting a mellow mood. The staff seemed international, as is reflected in the worldly cuisine flowing from the kitchen.
Menage a Trois is open for lunch daily from 2 to 4 pm. Nights it's a bar scene.
