I hitchhiked between 1969 to 1976..<\/span>
twice overland to India..whole of Europe..<\/span>
and finally West Africa…they told me to write a book..<\/span>
but I was too lazy..shame on me<\/span>

my mood,happy thoughts,unhappy moments..<\/span>
everything will be related..hope you all enjoy..<\/span><\/p>\n

in these days…i had a beard as well…\"\"<\/span>
nowadays…i still have a beard..<\/span>

I’ve always been an eccentric fellow..<\/span>
in 1966 i got my degree in chemistry (laborant)<\/span>
in these days..flower power was in full swing..<\/span>
the music was great..I lived in a village of 13,000 inhabitants..<\/span>
northeastern corner of Belgium..in 1966..I grew my hair long..<\/span>
ditto beard..I became the first hippie\/beatnik of this place..<\/span>
had to swallow lots of shit..long hair,clothes..well..you know..<\/span>
used to hang out in the local pubs\/discos with my friends..<\/span>
my Dad was an alcoholic..I got a key from our house..<\/span>
and whether i came in at 4 in the morning..or did not come in at all..<\/span>
nobody bothered..total freedom..<\/span>
we had great times..boozing..laughing our asses off in the pub..<\/span>
i used to go out barefoot sometimes..they declared me nuts..<\/span>
my Dad had to swallow lots of shit because of me..<\/span>
local villagers pointed me out..what a scumbag…<\/span>
later on..in 1974..these same people..shook my hands..<\/span>
after some articles were published in a local newspaper..<\/span>
about my overland trips to India etc..<\/span>
telling…well..tiger..you may be strange..<\/span>
but you have seen something of the world..<\/span>
I shook their hands..but..I thought..fuck you,mates..<\/span>
