It’s not only one of the most beautiful places in the country, but everyone here is laid back, down to earth and totally into nature. How could you not be when you’re living in a paradise like this? You can find great skiing here in winter, boating, kayaking and swimming in summer.

Ok, maybe 10 is a really high score, but i was at lake tahoe when i was about 10 (10 years ago) and it was absolutely beautiful. hopefully it hasn’t become too much of a tourist place, becaus it was one of my favorite places. my family drove down to LA from BC (where i live) and that was one of the places we stopped because my dad loves places like that. and i’d have to recommend it to anyone who wants a beautiful lake surrounded by natural beauty. in fact when i was there, there was only a hotel and a small town on one end of the lake (if i remember right).
I am planning a trip to Lake Tahoe very soon. On a scale of 1-10, how easy is it to access the “Fine Pine” of the Serria’s being a vacationer from out of town. Any feedback would help
